Construction Begins - July 12, 2013

Trees removed.  Excavator took them to his home and Bill (the groundskeeper) picked up the trees from him for his personal use.

To comply with negotiated easement, building moved 6 feet north and right on the edge of existing asphalt.  Pavement in marked area to be removed so concrete can be poured.  Paul is standing in back building corner.

Paul is standing in front building corner.  Asphalt will be patched and paving will meet new building concrete.

Negotiated easement is 15' from toe of slope towards new RV garage.  The overhang will encroach into the easement at approximately 16' up.  This was approved by Lee Magone.  Both of these easement items should be filed as an addendum to the existing legal easement of 20' with Mineral County.
